Restorative Practice (RP)

RP Process

Restorative Practice:
  • Repairing harm done to relationships, rather than apportioning blame and punishment
  • Being a reconciliation faith, we believe and practice restorative justice within the school
  • All behaviour management and conflict resolution is dealt with in a restorative manner
 
A restorative plan which outlines the principles of Restorative Justice is attached at the bottom of this page. The restorative chat questions are also available attached below. These questions are used by all staff at lower level initial interviews
